AuraPace is an ADHD-friendly time, focus, habit, and planning app. This Privacy Policy explains what information AuraPace collects, how it is used, and how you can control or delete your data.

1. Information We Collect

AuraPace may collect or store the following information depending on how you use the app:

• Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, display name, and account status when you create or sign into an account.
• App content you create: focus orbs, task intentions, task durations, micro-steps, completed sessions, habit days, brain dump entries, and related timestamps.
• Onboarding and profile preferences: answers about focus style, friction points, energy patterns, environment preferences, and app settings.
• Sensory and notification preferences: ambient sound selection, volume, haptic settings, notification preferences, and related app settings.
• Subscription information: RevenueCat and Apple in-app purchase identifiers, entitlement status, purchase/restore status, and subscription verification metadata.
• Security and diagnostics data: app integrity checks, request metadata, error context, and security audit records used to protect the service and prevent unauthorized API use.

AuraPace does not store your Apple payment card details. Purchases are handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system and RevenueCat.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• provide focus sessions, task planning, habit tracking, and local-first app functionality;
• sync your data across devices when you sign in;
• provide account authentication and account deletion;
• verify Premium subscription access;
• generate AI task breakdowns, weekly insights, motivational quotes, and product personalization;
• protect the app, backend, and AI services from unauthorized use;
• improve reliability, support, and user experience.
